ADE7880ACPZ-RL is a high-precision, three-phase power metering IC that uses a serial interface and provides three flexible pulse outputs. The device has multiple second-order sigma-Delta analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), digital integrators, reference voltage source circuits, and all necessary signal processing circuits to achieve total (fundamental and harmonic) active/apparent power measurement and RMS calculation, as well as fundamental active/reactive power measurement.


The ADE7880ACPZ-RL is suitable for measuring active, reactive and apparent power in a variety of three - and four-wire three-phase configurations, such as Y-shaped or triangular. Each phase has a system calibration function, namely root-mean-square offset correction, phase calibration and gain calibration.
