STM32G071RBT6 is a microcontroller based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M0+ 32-bit RISC core, operating at up to 64 MHz. It is suitable for a wide range of applications in consumer, industrial and home appliance sectors and is ready for Internet of Things (IoT) solutions.
The STM32G071RBT6 includes a Memory Protection Unit (MPU), high-speed embedded memory (36kbytes of SRAM and up to 128kbytes of Flash program memory with read protection, write protection, proprietary code protection and secure areas), DMA, extensive system functionality, enhanced I/O and peripherals. In addition, it has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C/125°C, memory up to 128kbytes of flash memory, 36kbytes of SRAM (with HW 32kbytes), power-on/power-down reset (POR/PDR), and Programmable Brownout Reset (BOR), Programmable Voltage Detector (PVD), and Low Power Mode features.
