TLP127 is a high-voltage Darlington output optocoupler. Its main function is to convert electrical signals and optical signals. Specifically, the infrared light-emitting diode in the TLP127 emits infrared light, and this light signal is received by the phototransistor and converted into an electrical signal. This conversion method has the advantage of isolating signals and avoiding mutual interference between signals.
TLP127 has the following features:
* Small flat package, suitable for patch mounting
* Collector-emitter breakdown voltage BVceo up to 300V, can withstand high voltages
* CTR (collector current conversion ratio) of more than 1000%, providing high current transfer performance
* Darlington output with high impedance and low noise characteristics
* Can be used in digital circuits and communications fields, with logic circuit functions
* Features a flat package shape, suitable for various circuit designs
